Eyes are highly exposed and bug eyes.

Tbh they are really bugging so it’s only orbital decompression (probably the riskiest eye surgery)

Well every surgery in turn, carries risks.
Its the riskyest surgery you can do, you can go blind, and has a high botch rate. If youre going to get something, you should get a bimax.

Where do you see that it has a high botch rate?

is this your jaw at rest? or is your mouth open at all?

Jaw at rest
Jaw surgery has a higher roi, imo. Your eyes aren't even that bad, they can be as a unique feature; could get some fat grafting, a blepharoplasty, orbital rim implants, and zygos osteoplasty; would prob give you better results then decompression. They all can be adjusted after surgery, have a low botch rate and low risk. Heres your chin adjusted to ideal range, which is completely achievable with jaw surgery.

I have an overbite because of crooked teeth. Could braces maybe fix that?

You should probably talk to a dentist; but yes, its likely they can fix you're overbite. Double jaw surgery moves both your upper and lower jaw, which can also correct your overbite.

Do you really think I need double jaw surgery? I think my recessed chin could come from my overbite.

Brooo… it’s so over man

For sure get orbital decompression. So worth it
