When I lose weight my nose shrinked(kinda)
Also I followed the hydrocortisone guide
I don’t really widen my lips, very minimal.they just look wider because of my nose I’m guessing
Avoid sunlight and wear sunblock bro

If thats your eye area literally everything looks good, i would just lose a bit more bodyfat for potentially more angularity otherwise youre set
