hgh will work if ur actually deficient and under professional supervision. semax is placebo for the most part but some do actually see cognitive improvements, however going off ur phone will have similar effects bcus ur gonna stop procrastinating. mt2 works sure but u shouldnt be pinning just cus it DOES work. reta is decent if youre fat to cut, but ur like 13 and should be nowhere near reta for cutting.

reta should be used for cutting (if you want to) at any age, i dont see any reason for it not to be used. "but its not approved!!" ozempic wasnt approved for a long time either. but using it systemically would be a bit stupid since you need to eat tons of food
