Honestly considering you are 14 in early puberty and you also have an overbite you are probaly very saveble and can ascend.

It was never about the asymetry, expand your palate slowly during your puberty with braces and ascend.

Edit : it seems like you need it with narrow mouth and visually narrow maxilla but not sure.

but braces will extract my teeth right and ive heard that itll also f**k my maxilla and stuff? AND BTW, my dentist said that I should wait for my maxilla and mandible to grow a little since im 13. So what should I do ??( im already on a growth spurt which is probably at its end i was 150 cm at starting of 13 and now im 160)

You dont need to get extractions if you get braces. I had braces and i did not get extractions. Braces fixed my overbite and ascended me.
But do make sure that you get Damon braces since normal braces can fuck your face up. But Damon braces does not do that. It does not affect the maxilla or anything

NEVER do extractions (even wisdom teeths), there is always another solution if you lack of space like palate expansion.
