I weigh 160 rn and high in BF% around 25-30% what do I need to do to get to around 135-145 ish? Without using Reta, I have access to a LA fitness near me but I’ve always kind of stayed skinny fat even when I was lower in weight around 146ish then I eventually let go and gained about 10-15 lbs which is where I’m at now,I feel as if Body recomp takes forever sadly. Will dropping 10-15 lbs first then building muscle mass afterwards be beneficial?
