i am 14 , i am 5'9, my dad is 5'10, my mom is 5'6, i am lean and eat a lot of food, i have a fast metobolism, moast of my family is around the average height, but i have some relatives like my great grandfather who was 6ft+, is there any ways to naturally get taller, and how much taller can i get?

Jokes aside i think if you had a rope that wouldnt kill you it probably would help with spinal decompression but its a bit retarded

Hanging off a bar decompresses the spind but you won’t get any major growth from it, I’ve heard that tying a rope to your hips and having it stretch you out while you’re asleep can make a decent difference. Do with it what you will it’s your life ig

As long as your not malnourished height is entirely genetic. Your 5'9 at 14 which is taller than most. Im pretty sure you'll reach 6' minimum.
