What should i do to gymcel?

What kind of training? push pull or upper lower? I cant go lower with my bodyfat, because i am alread 70kg at 178cm and people telling me i look to skinny. Would i benefit from injecting T? At first picture i pressed my stomach out.

Good shoulders and waist, mediocre hips. I see potential. How old are you?
 
Compound lifts focussing on progressive overload 3x per week. Maybe add in some curls for arm work

This looks like an above average physique (late beginner, early intermediate), I know a guy who slays with this amount of muscle mass, the big difference though is that he has an average looking face, a huge neck (because of genetics) and six pack abs. You shouldn't inject roids, just cut down to 10% body fat, and you will have a male model physique, which is enough to succeed on Tinder if your face isn't below average looking and you actually know how to use the app correctly. To cut, try to maintain your strength on the main compound lifts while using a 20% caloric deficit to your TDEE. Aim to lose 1 lb per week, by slow cutting, you will maintain most of your muscle mass. For the best Tinder pics, take pictures of yourself shirtless on a beach or next to a lake (if you don't have access to a beach), and use a tripod, don't do selfies, make sure your face is clearly visible, and on Tinder be picky when swiping(the algorithm punishes those who swipe right a lot). If your Tinder Gold like counter hits 99+, buy gold for a month, look through the likes and pick the best ones, and message them. Get their numbers then ask them out on a coffee or bar date, repeat until you get laid.

If i cut down more, nobody will respect me any more. I am 70kg now. Imagine a guy at my height beeing below 70kg weight. It sounds legit, but i think no girl wants to get laid with a skinny weak guy.

If you cut, you will not look full in a t shirt, that is the only downside but six pack abs make a huge difference when trying to attract women, I didn't know it in the past since they can't see the abs when you have a shirt on but for Tinder, six pack abs are essential and they will work even if you are just slightly muscular. It doesn't matter what people tell you, you should still do it, with your level of muscle mass, if you had six pack abs you would have the same physique as Brad Pitt in Fight Club, which can look really good. And also, by the way, 154 lbs really isn't that little for 5 foot 10, there is a difference between being a skinny guy with no muscle mass at 140-145 lbs and a muscular ripped guy at the same weight. It's not the weight on the scale that matters, it's what you see in the mirror, always remember that, and if you are doing this to attract women, aim for the most aesthetic physique. Stop worrying what your friends or family think, only worry about what women think because women tend to be more impressed by that look while your male friends will probably prefer the bodybuilder look. You don't need a lot of muscle mass to look good for women, you just need enough to look like you lift and you need a six pack.
