What should I do to improve my symmetry (especially my sphenoid)

i put 2 vids 1 is me looking right at the camera and switching it and the other is just me looking around and doing it. I want to know what I can realistically do when it comes to alignment as it’s one of the things I think would be most important to focus on other then the Marpe I’m getting soon and the dental work in general. And then the other vid I put because I want to know how bad the difference is from like an outside perspective because I think the misalignment looks really shitty and it makes me not like looking at photos taken with the back camera cuz I think I look awful.
