Cutting bf percent ascended me quite a lot. Most ppl say hmtn-lhtn on here. But the thing is my physique is pretty lean/skinny with not much muscle. If I wanna put on muscle without becoming a bloated gymcel, should I eat at maintenance or 200 surplus. But idk if that’s enough for muscle
