Im currently 16, 5′11, 172lb, i think i might be 23% bf (i cant see my abs), and going to the gym for like a year and a half, what should i do, bulk, cut?
 
No such thing as a "bulk" lmao

just get lean then maingain with enough protein and carbs at like a 100-200 kcal surplus

Yh, with bulk i dont mean that 800kcal surplus, i mean that like 100 - 300kcal surplus, but in my position should i 200-300 kcal deficit? Or agressive one? (700 kcal deficit)

Eat at maintenance or slight deficit, ur just gonna look like shit if you start pushing higher bf%

Js get your protein in and do some cardio aim for 15%~17% bf% just to start off (rep me nigga)

No, just not aggressive, quite normal. Eat yourself down so you can go into a clean bulk. In general, you should just not eat so much shit

sounds good, you can still gain muscle in a slight deficit (thumbs up button next to replys)

Pay attention to enough proteins if they are sufficiently covered and only then will you break down fat in deficit and keep your muscles. In terms of food, I would eat a lot of meat and so on. Don't let these Jewish doctors tell you anything who claim it's all unhealthy

Protein i do good like 180g, and i eat so much variety (including like 280 g of meat) that alright? Thanks tho
