what should i eat less in my diet to cut more

P= Protein

i need to eat like 100-150kcals less
(this is without dinner)
i eat this everyday

think i am going to cut 1 banana out of my diet is this a good choice boys or is it better to cut out 1 slice of bread with butter so i eat one slice with only peanut butter

Yo wtf is this a full day of eating? This is an awful awful diet. I know because I used to eat like this. First of all if you are gonna only eat 1500 calories, which even bodybuilders don't diet that hard for a prolonged period, at least only eat non-calorie dense food like strictly fish and vegetables. But this diet seems like A: you are starving yourself which slows metabolism and makes weight loss harder B: not apetizing and hard to stick too and C: will result in a ton of lost muscle, very stipend weight loss due to dieting too hard, and giving up.

Also if you diet, especially if it is that hard, you need to eat way more protein. If you weigh like 75 kg eat about 180 grams of protein to try to best maintain muscle in a diet like this.

You drink right? I am a good dieter except for alcohol. I actually can make really healthy meals I like, but every couple times a week I get drunk with friends, and pack on calories with alc and sometimes just eat garbage because I am too drunk to realize what I am doing. Also sometimes I feel too hungover to workout the next day. Alc is evil sometimes, need to manage it better.

I guess you eat the peanut butter for fat but I'd replace it with some kind of animal fat

i just really like peanut butter hahaha thats the thing that stops me craving other bad food i think i am going to cut one slice of bread around 100 kcals is that banana has alot potassium so thats nice

Peanuts contain phytoestrogens but idk if it even matters, tbh you shouldn't take advice from me, I'm getting chubby from drinking 2-3 liters of raw milk everyday

You can literally eat all the protein you want and do 3-4 hours of gym/cardio a week and you will lose weight and gain muscle if you never lifted, diets are a meme for low willpower wimps.

I also eat alot of brocolli and potatoes Every night so i dont have to Worry about potassium
