yeahh this is without dinner!Yo wtf is this a full day of eating? This is an awful awful diet. I know because I used to eat like this. First of all if you are gonna only eat 1500 calories, which even bodybuilders don't diet that hard for a prolonged period, at least only eat non-calorie dense food like strictly fish and vegetables. But this diet seems like A: you are starving yourself which slows metabolism and makes weight loss harder B: not apetizing and hard to stick too and C: will result in a ton of lost muscle, very stipend weight loss due to dieting too hard, and giving up.

You drink right? I am a good dieter except for alcohol. I actually can make really healthy meals I like, but every couple times a week I get drunk with friends, and pack on calories with alc and sometimes just eat garbage because I am too drunk to realize what I am doing. try coconut water brother. has much more potassium than anything else. after a week of drinking only coconut water i lost a significant amount of bloatvery high in potassium
