what should i get to put under my eyes? recessed infras since birth

14m turning 15 in 2 months
already talked about this on another forum but i also have a pretty bad recessed maxilla due to ortho removing 3 premolars & also just bad genetics/habits/mouthbreathing a lot of my life. have standard/traditional braces for 1.5 years and already got an expander.

Doesnt matter though bc as i said in the title, ive had recessed infras since birth and have had these deep creases also. i know i cant really do anything abt the creases, but is there anything i can do for dark circles or my crows feet/lines under my eyes?

currently i just use
hyaluronic acid toner, vitamin c serum, and Centella Probio-Cica Bakuchiol Eye Cream

btw i get 8h+ sleep every night, drink 2-3L water daily, overall good health & skinny --> 5'5.5 and 112 pounds. and sorry for blurring so much im very insecure & worried abt digital footprint.
