Also my acne got worse now im struggling with that aswell ive been using cleanser and vitamin c serum for a month now keeping my diet clean etc but im still having breakouts, mostly in between my nose and my upper lip.

Nah lip lift would make his upper lip too big
Might need Bimax tbh
Also rhino to a normal nose would make your philtrum look less long

It is downgrown but a CCW bimax wouldn't reverse it by any means
