mk 677 is completely safe but might cause some water retention and make you too hungry. These side effects usually fade away with time

Both growth hormone and aromtase Inhibitors have been proven to increase height, mk677 increases igf-1 by up to 70%. So obviously it would increase your height by some amount, injectable peptides are even better.
