I started looking into MARPE and found that there a lot of benefits. I have a narrow palate, around 35 mm+- (I bit down on a piece of paper and measured so not exact) and I have trouble breathing through my nose, it feels like im breathing at like 50% capacity. Idk the chances of them giving me some sort of MARPE but is there anything I could say to maybe boost my chances? I don't it's gonna work if I go in and say "I have a very narrow pallate and trouble breathing, give me MSE". Any suggestions or maybe a script lol?
