what should I tell my surgeon for rhinoplasty

im Turkish and I have that stereotypical fat, yam nose. my radix is bulging out of my face like a fucking tumor out the back side of a baby's hand. I want to get a rhinoplasty. I know I have to shave down the radix but idk what else to say. im fine with the width I just don't want to look like a retard.

That’s what consultations are for. Ask him what he thinks is the best and for prior patients that had a similar case. Your nose is def a bit of work but nothing out of the ordinary. You will get a simulation of what a result could look like and you can adjust from there depending on your preference.

It’s standard. Keep in mind that the simulation is always just a orientation and the final result will be different but it is good enough to give you a decent idea.

Your chin is a bit recessed. A sliding genioplasty would fix that and stretch out your submental as well. Your mentolabial fold is quite deep ; if your mandible isn't recessed as well, then you could fill in the fold with a fat graft or filler.
Just a complementary suggestion, nothing absolutely mandatory, of course.

My bad, I actually got something wrong, but not about the nose : your chin is actually alright, and it's most likely your mandible that is recessed and could justify a surgery (BSSO).

If you want a proper surgical assessment, in Istanbul, book a consult with Drs. Eren Pera, Burak Ercin, and Mehmet Comert. Being a Turkish citizen, you'll be charged a much more reasonable fee than us, foreigners.
