I know this isn’t what you asked for but best advice I can give is to practice for your interview.

It would be helpful if you elaborated if this is McDonald’s job or legit stem/finance etc. job.

Regardless, you need to get into the mindset of not being a pussy and that you will absolutely kill this interview.

Lets be real, you can try and find whatever concoction to take that may calm down your nerves but that’s just not sustainable, in the long term, let’s fix the root cause of the problem and stop looking for a temporary solution.

I used to be a bitch about interviews (heart racing, anxiety, stuttering, can’t sleep nights before) and presenting in front of many people, but it’s about practice and repetition and having a mindset that is revolves around the pure belief that you are a winner.

Now I find it thrilling and intoxicating to go out there and kill an interview/presentation, it’s so rewarding.

This same mindset translates to situations with girls as well.
