What should my next steps be

Rn I’m 17 6’3 155 which is pretty skinny but I’m still like 15%ish bf (2 abs show in normal lighting) should I cut down to 12 percent or will that fuck me up even more ( i have shit fat distribution genetics and store a lot in my face) this is the leanest I’ve been so far
 
cut down to 12% bf and then lean bulk from there, eating in a 300-500kcal above calculated maintenance whilst keeping protein intake at 1g per lbs of bw maybe even a bit more, train hard and do minimal cardio and you should put on lean mass will take a while tho

yh cos ur not cutting down are u, ur on a lean bulk. minimal meaning like after every sesh maybe like <20mins, cos cardio helps u get into deficit which is what u dont want

Cardio burns so little calories, use the extra macros to optimize excess things like an even higher carb intake or slightly higher fat intake
No you will not burn off more than you eat just by doing cardio. It's also amazing for optimizing insulin response to food, allowing for better digestion and utilization of said carbs in the gym
