What should you actually eat on a carnivore diet?

Yes they did but only seasonally when the fruits and berries were actually out and I do the same. I currently eat fruits rn because its summer.

Luckily we have technology now and can create seasons indoors:forcedsmile: just eat fruits pre workout or as a snack for vitamine c mostly i reccomend kiwi for vit c and berries as snacks dont stress too much ab this of u arent eating processed foods ur chilling try eating organs:feelsez:

I agree with your point about seasons but I don't think eating fruits just for vitamin C is optimal because I would alr get my vitamin C from raw meat and organs

Youd need kilos of red meat for ur low daily need of vit c and 300-350g of raw beef liver daily for ur rdi:forcedsmile: kinda smarter to just eat one kiwi and get k1 :feelskek:
 
I’ve been following a carnivore diet for the last few days, primarily eating meat, eggs, Greek yogurt, milk, and cheese. Despite this, I’ve been experiencing low energy levels and a continuous headache. I need help figuring out what I should actually eat.
Make sure you have a good source for these, dont be shy to add in some fruits and get some raw organs

If that's true then your correct but I wouldn't want to load up on fruits just for one vitamin.

The only thing that isn't in meat in large amounts is the vitamin c but I'll still eat the kiwis so my vitamin c isn't deficient.

don’t consume dairy except butter or cheese, the egg whites are toxic, only eat the egg yolks

And consume everything raw, don’t cook anything
