What should you combine with HGH

I am thinking about hopping on HGH and I want the cons to not be as bad and want to achieve the best results possible.
Should I only take HGH or also something else and feel free to give me other advice about taking HGH and where to get it when you live in Germany bc I heard parcels from Indiamart are often not coming through without inspection.

Use as much as u can, like min 10 IU + letrozole, just keep it basic, don't add any of that bullshit fgfr3 and shit.
