Improve dexterity - learn to play musical instruments, play sports that require good hand-eye coordination(tennis, basketball, volleyball,etc.), learn how to dance, juggle, etc. After you reach a certain level, dexterity is less important, the most important is not to be clumsy, slow and awkward.
