I already am trying to get some exfoliant and I am applying some stuff but I’m not expert at skin care as I don’t know anything about it.

Nvm i checked and there was a 5% difference change iver the years which isnt really much since the mog is so bad blackmen recieve 45% less messages than white men 😮‍💨

Yeah man. My diet if you want to know is barely existent as for some reason I barely eat like this week so far I had only about 4 meals

avoid processed junk food and sugars
