Clean shave, cut the sugar, eat 4G+ potassium/day, minimize sodium and processed foods, hit the gym with a 5-6 day split, get a basic skincare routine, eat 1g of protein/lb of bodyweight. In three months bro trust you'll mog your past self like crazy.
