Surely there are higher end wine bars in your area? "Cougar bars" and such. That is, if you're looking for women in your age group. If not you need to start being a lot more financially ambitious.

It doesn‘t. Is he supposed to date some woman in her 30s? 20s maybe and even they expect him to have money or something.
 
Even in your early 20s you won't have many opportunities to approach foids if you don't go to college or have a big social circle. Only way I could approach foids is by asking out random women in stores, the gym, or on the streets, and we all know how that would go. Odds of success are so low cold approaching in these places it's not worth bothering

idk about Serbia since I don't live there but I suppose it's the same as where I live or slightly different

regarding an Albanian colleague, sadly we no longer work together 🥹🥹 still I have a bunch of other female colleagues I could flirt with and I low-key feel like they'd like me to hit on some of them... I can fell my nonchalance annoys them, they want to know more about me or to get asked questions but I simply don't care, I mainly just focus on work and barely speak anything besides that with them

so yeah, it's all about getting to know each other before hitting her up like a pick-up artist aspie... you need to realise if she's open to flirt with you
 
when it comes to approachability, I've heard many Americans who visited Serbia stating American women are way more approachable than Serbian women (applies to Balkan women in general)

exact same thing I hear from Serbian Americans... you have an advantage of women in your culture not being arrogant so it's all about not being an awkward subhuman in the US, you have no excuse not to cold approach women

Yet even if she's receptive to my flirts, I seriously don't know how to take it to the next level

All I'd know how to do is flat out ask her "Would you like to fuck me?" (Which will instantly make her lose any interest even if she wanted to fuck me)

Ok, I've never been to Serbia

Yet if American foids are a lot more approachable than Serbian foids, that means Serbian foids are extremely frigid (because American foids are far from approachable)

Serbian women are cold and arrogant asf but no way American women are unapproachable like you said

from what I've seen online, they seem to be pretty friendly and chill

Yet getting a date (or so much as a number exchange) is extremely difficult

And getting laid is damn near impossible
