Orals are hard on your liver, if you are going to take them you should also be taking TUDCA and take them for no longer than 4-6 weeks. Due to the harm they can cause your liver and the cost of TUDCA I would just avoid them and go with injectables (also you cannot just take orals, you also need a base of testosterone because the orals will shut down your natural test and your body will not work properly without any testosterone).

The recommended beginner cycle is 500mg/wk of testosterone enanthate or testosterone cypionate. Your body naturally converts some of the testosterone into estrogen which can lead to estrogen side effects like gyno so you should have an anti-aromatizer on hand to stop your bodies conversion. Arimidex and Aromasin are the most common anti-aromatizers.

Then for PCT you'll want nolvadex (blocks estrogen receptors) at the very least. Also having HCG and/or clomid will make your balls come back faster which means you'll be able to keep more gains.

Also testosterone is cheap!

Generally speaking, oral only cycles are a no no unless ur female. Its because Oral steroids are versions of test that still shut down ur natural production but are still not similar enough to testosterone to complete normal bodily functions.

IF YOU WERE GONNA DO AN ORAL ONLY CYCLE.

Superdrol: 20mg/day for 6 weeks

OR

Anadrol: 50-75mg/day for 6 weeks

Followed Nolvadex: 40mg/day for 4 weeks

Best use arimidex/aromasin at 0.5mg/12.5mg EOD respectively.

But you really should be on test.

Ideal begginer cycle:

Weeks 1-6: Superdrol (20mg/day)
Weeks 1-13: Test E (500mg/week)
Weeks 15-19: Nolvadex (40mg/day)
Weeks 1-19: Arimidex (0.5mg/day)

Optional: Weeks 11-15: HCG (1000IU/week)

Arimidex is cheaper than aromasin btw.

If you know what your doing it will be fine. Older veterans in bodybuilding only say its too early to start at 17 because they wish they started sooner. Its like when an VP at an investment bank makes the analyst and associates work their asses off the old school way because thats what they had to do.

If you want to do steroids you will have to inject. Anything else is subpar and not worth it.
