bone hooding doesent mean low brow ridge, just low supraorbitals. there is a difference, lots of people who appear to have what you call "fat hooding" also have bone hooding with low supraorbirals but not extreamly low browridge/eyebrow. if you pull up on your eyebrow u will see where your supraorbitral is above your eye.

for example i have a less protrusive and slightly higher browridge/eyebrows like chico, but low projected supraorbitals and fat giveing me very little uee. my friend has more uee but a much lower projected browridge and eyebrows, like opry browridge but with less upper eyelid fat/uee. he also has giga good infra orbitals.
