I know I need rhino but I'm unsure whether I need a genio or bimax?

I don't know much about jaw surgeries so I need knowledgeable users to tell me.

i dont care about the cost as i have the money. I know have recession but I don't know exactly how to address it. I had a consultation with a surgeon and quickly realised that they will only advise you to take the procedure that will cost more, they don't care much about your concerns, clinics are a business after all.

larger nose is actually an attractive trait in most cases, in my case i would look fuckn stupid with a small nose and it would destroy any facial harmony i have

Theres nothing you can do from a jaw perspective. Maybe fillers, but chirurgy wont help here

i don't know if you're trying to make me feel better but i am clearly recessed. If you draw a line straight down from my brow ridge/forehead you can see my chin is behind. I lack forward growth.

Average doesn't matter. The average man is pretty much sexless, there is nothing good about average so i don't want to use it as a benchmark for comparison. I need GOOD LOOKS.

why compare to average? I have to compare myself with men that are already considered good looking because they are my real competition, not average men. Women don't like average men so I don't care about being better than average.

I've saved £34k at 21 years old and I'm ready to spend it on surgeries. I can't deal with this shit anymore.

hey bro, i'm relatively new to learning about the surgeries n stuff but my profile is almost identical to yours and i'm in a similar boat so i'll tell you what i know/think (not a medical professional so take it with a grain of salt)

I don't think you need a nose job first of all, similar in my case your nose looks big because your chin isn't projected far enough, when I jut my chin out my nose fits my face and doesn't look big, see example

in the second pic my nose looks fine because my chin is projected further, if you get nose surgery after this it'll look more feminine imo

once again i could be wrong but i think for myself (and maybe you), bimax surgery which moves forward both the upper and lower jaws, as well as maybe CCW rotation which if i'm right, can also help with your gonial angle and gives your jaw more room to come forward

i'm personally also considering a genioplasty on top of the bimax (trimax) but not sure whether this is needed in your case

planning on getting scans done soon and getting a consultation, unlike you i don't have money saved up but i want to know what i need done to fix my face so to speak

extra note, did you have braces/extractions? i'm curious to know why our side profiles are kinda similar

tl;dr look into bimax/ccw rotation, if you get these done i don't think a nosejob is necessary. your nose isn't big your jaw just needs to come forward to balance it out

Nope. But funny thing is as a kid I used to do weird things with my jaw, I used to tense the jaw muscles for some reason lol. I actually get complments on my jawline. Even today I did. I have a nice front jaw profile but side profile sucks due to slight recession + large nose.

I really, really want to have a property to my name but man I'm stuck in this BP shit. I've been wanting surgeries for so long and I worked so hard to get the money I have saved. Honestly, looking back into it I think I may have to wait longer. I want a property to my name first and then I guess I'll have to work even harder to get surgeries. It is what it is.

I actually want to address my shitty eye area first before my jaw so that's that. I think I'll wait out on surgeries for a bit.
