What surgeries do i need to fix my midface

Alr so my mom has a long face and i have inherited genes from her (ik it sounds like im coping so hard) my eye are is good my gonial angle is fine my jaw area could be better but not terrible but my midface tho sucks genuinely i have a .92 midface ratio and around a 1.75-1.8 fwhr but im getting mse in a week so i might improve there i want to know if i can do anything to fix it or is it over i accept all types of advice especially surgical

If your midface is long it indicates you have a down-swung maxilla, as in a maxilla that is rotated more downwards

To fix it youd need to get ccw rotation, basically having your maxilla rotated up and fowards

There really isn’t a natural way to fix CCW rotation other than hardmaxx, lateral incisor chewing sounds like total cope.
