What surgeries do i need to fix my midface

Alr so my mom has a long face and i have inherited genes from her (ik it sounds like im coping so hard) my eye are is good my gonial angle is fine my jaw area could be better but not terrible but my midface tho sucks genuinely i have a .92 midface ratio and around a 1.75-1.8 fwhr but im getting mse in a week so i might improve there i want to know if i can do anything to fix it or is it over i accept all types of advice especially surgical

If your midface is long it indicates you have a down-swung maxilla, as in a maxilla that is rotated more downwards

To fix it youd need to get ccw rotation, basically having your maxilla rotated up and fowards

There really isn’t a natural way to fix CCW rotation other than hardmaxx, lateral incisor chewing sounds like total cope.

There are possible ways but results arent guaranteed

So like chewing with premolars, figuring out some kind of custom orthodontic plan that can cause ccw rotation, things of that sort.

All speculative though, worth trying if you want to maximize natural results before hardmaxxing

Be careful, le fort 1 will probably lengthen your face further. If you do need it, get a moderate advancement. Also mse is not cosmetic, r u doing it for looks? You will prob descend… my fwhr is worse than yours and even i wont get MSE…

Probably not, i had one and my face looks quite a bit longer now which sucks but at least i look better overall.. i only had 4mm advancement of the upper jaw btw so mine wasnt even much but i still got my face lengthened noticeably

Talk to a surgeon. Talk about CCW rotations, discuss what would benefit you aesthetically and tell the surgeon that you are worried about your midface.
