What surgeries do i need to stop being LTN GTFIH

yo I am tired of being stuck in ltn hell where I am just ridiculed for existing and want final confirmation on what surgeries I should get this January. I plan on getting Rhinoplasty and a chin implant for now (Likely jaw angle implants maybe a year after). I’m 5’11 ish so height isn’t a condemnation to hell. my physique is shit but I can fix that eventually. I just want to be seen as an objectively attractive person. I want a looks halo and believe surgrry is the only way I can do that with my brutal natural bone structure. What do you guys think. I think rhinoplasty is 100% a lock but should I do something else for my recessed lower third. Sliding genioplasty? djs though it’s not really a plausible option. Filler until I can afford DJS? just give up and accept my lower third is cooked? Is my maxilla shit? lmk about like softmax shit too. I don’t really groom well because I see no point in tidying up myself to a great extent if I am just going to be max an ltn anyway. pls help me stop being ltn and once I either get out of ltn or rope I will pay all yall back in gandhibucks. Any procedure that brings your lower third and middle third forward and up, achieve ccw rotation trough surgery or orthodontics.
Book a meeting with a maxillofacial and get recommended procedures.
