Otoplasty as big ass ears
Infra fat grafting

Was thinking about:
Bullhorn lip lift

Anything else that you would suggest?

Start with that and see if you want to hardmax further.

I think you should try and lookmax your eyebrows and eyelashes.

Start with tinting them, they are too pale and it will make them look denser.

Okay will get them tinted, I've had tinted before and it looked good, just have to keep up with it
