- hair transplant and finasteride
- maybe canthoplasty (idk because you are hiding your eyes)
- BSSO if your mandible is recessed, otherwise chin implant.
(xray will make you know if you need BSSO or chin implant or both)

Fillers are somewhat unpredictable compared to implants. Your chin is quite recessed.

thank you a lot, guys. I got hair transplant like 2 weeks ago it looks good for now, time will tell what will happen next. i will talk to a high-quality surgeon in a few weeks.
i will also start my cut and post results here.

this was also last year when i was semi-shredded around %10-12 bodyfat. my jawline is okey but i hate my fucking chin. i dont know how i end-up looking like this with all of the testosterone in my blood( 1100 ng/dl) looks like i really need to chin implants/surgery.

Fillers won't cut it. Looks like you have a recessed mandible and possibe overbite, talk to a max fac ASAP. If your a candidate BSSO would do you good.

If you don't have a bite problem you should still get the jaw sorted. Your chin and mandible are both recessed. You already have quite a pronounced chin from front view, so a genio or chin implant run the risk of making the stepoff between the augmented area and the rest of the jaw overly obvious and unnatural looking. Chin wing or custom jaw wraparound may be better options than only augmenting the chin alone.

You should forget about anything else until you get this fixed IMO.

How old and tall mate? 2 weeks is nothing for a hair transplant. You need to wait like 6 months at least.

29 years old in a few days and 5'9" tall and close to 200lbs bodyfat around %15-17 right now. Yea I know the hair gains will be better in 6-12 months.
