Hey guys, I’m looking for some objective advice regarding my facial structure and breathing issues.

I’m 25, and I have a clear Class II malocclusion (recessed mandible). For the most part, I breathe through my nose, but I had allergic rhinitis as a child and a history of nasal trauma. (Hit nose in the coach at 6, bled out and healed by itself) I have a deviated septum, and whenever I engage in physical exercise, my nasal breathing becomes insufficient, forcing me to mouth-breathe to get enough air.

VIDEO OF MY FACIAL STRUCTURE:

My main questions are:

Prioritization: Should I prioritize the orthognathic surgery (BSSO/maxillary advancement) first, or focus on a septorhinoplasty? I’ve heard that orthognathic surgery can alter the nasal base and the aesthetic of the nose, so I'm hesitant to do the nose job first.

Breathing: Has anyone here with a similar recessed profile seen a massive improvement in nasal breathing only after orthognathic surgery? Or is the septum surgery usually a mandatory prerequisite for someone who already breathes through the nose most of the time?

Functional vs. Aesthetic: I’m aiming for better facial projection and functional health (finally being able to breathe properly during exercise and fixing the recessed mandible).

I’m currently seeking professional medical advice for an ENT and a Maxillofacial surgeon, but I’d appreciate hearing about your experiences or if anyone has navigated this specific order of operations.

It's shitty IMGUR. here it is. I shaved the beard as it just accentuates what is already bad.
Before surgeries get a better haircut, it seems like u have a big forehead

Also im not that good at telling recessions but i think u have a recessed maxilla so a lefort 1 would do.

Thnx man. I usually wear a fringe tbh, but i wanna get a textured crop, but not shaving on sides.
