i couldnt tell tbh, i would tell you to scroll about this a lot through threads, results from people here and shit, i was thinking about getting surgery maybe in a couple of years if i do not ascend as much as i would want to, id go for implants myself, maybe thats the way to go but every persons situation and face is different so who really knows
