U cant do ccw without bimax cuz if you do impactio of the maxilla its used to reduce gummy smile, if you dont have gummy smile and you do ccw on its own, your teeth wont show anymore, so you advance the upper, jaw (lefort1) in order to get the teeth showing
again and bsso to make the occlusion
