The amount of fat you need to reach ideal is very small,smaller than you think as its more a slight issue of brow settness and just where the lower lid is set so a fat graft soon is low roi imo, maybe get it when youre like 22-25 and experienced some fat atrophy and more fat could actually do the opposite and pull the lid down depending on your anterior zygo projection

I think do some botox for lowered brows and lid retraction @Aryan Incel made a very good thread about botox, take a look
