What surgery/surgeries would you recommand me ?
I'm 18 (born in october) and I've always considered sorgery for fixing my biggest failos concerning bone structure which are imo under eye area and jaw area.
Earlier in my journey I thought that I needed absolutely a bimax with lefort I, and then maybe whynot a genio to make my chin more prominent and a little wider.
But then my posture and mouth posture got better and my jaw area is not THAT chocking to me anymore ?? still confused. I even calculated my facial convex angle and turns out it's ideal (maybe got it wrong)
Now I think I need a genio or chin implants to get a wider, lower and more prominent chin and get rid or that chin dimple, infra orbitals rim implants and maybe whynot a rhinoplasty that could help with my side profile balance considering that in theory my facial convex angle is ideal.
High IQ users advice would be highly appreciated, if anyone can determine which one I need based on ratios off my face or anything.
Thank you for reading and for your time.
