What surgery/surgeries would you recommand me ?

I'm 18 (born in october) and I've always considered sorgery for fixing my biggest failos concerning bone structure which are imo under eye area and jaw area.

Earlier in my journey I thought that I needed absolutely a bimax with lefort I, and then maybe whynot a genio to make my chin more prominent and a little wider.

But then my posture and mouth posture got better and my jaw area is not THAT chocking to me anymore ?? still confused. I even calculated my facial convex angle and turns out it's ideal (maybe got it wrong)

Now I think I need a genio or chin implants to get a wider, lower and more prominent chin and get rid or that chin dimple, infra orbitals rim implants and maybe whynot a rhinoplasty that could help with my side profile balance considering that in theory my facial convex angle is ideal.

High IQ users advice would be highly appreciated, if anyone can determine which one I need based on ratios off my face or anything.
Thank you for reading and for your time.

I'm kind of curious what "born in October" added to the conversation

Anyway, I think your ears are flaring a little bit (otoplasty), your dorsal hump is kind of pronounced (rhinoplasty). Your chin projection is not bad at all, I'd say it's average, definitely not recessed, so something like genioplasty isn't a high priority for you, I fucking hate implants but if you're considering anything for your chin, do implants, no need to cut the bone or anything like that. Again, probably not needed, though.

Also, jaw angle implants?

yeah just awkward way to say i'm 18 and a half

you know what I think i jut in this pic I wasn't even conscious of it, here's a pic without jutting
and thanks for all the advices yeah when i was around 14 I wanted to get otto but the surgeon told me that if you do it in puberty there's a (rather small) chance (that sounded big at the time) that the scar get all infected and inflated so I waited and it got out of my mind but might do it.

Do you notice any kind of under eye support lack ?

If you're asking whether you need infraorbital implants then no, your under eye support is fine (regardless, it's a high-risk surgery in terms of getting botched results)

yeah I saw that online, chatgpt told me only a few know to place it correctly
Mandibule length/Chin projection still looks fine to you on this pic ? I mew and jut all the time and despite me knowing how to take unfrauded pics I didn't even realize I was jutting on the first side profile photo

I already answered you but you ignored. Nobody else knows as i do looks. Not gonna waste more time.

what ? fucking where ? my post from september ?
i don't remember where. Anywhere nose eyes ( midface included ) lips are the first to fix. stop coping with djs or chin implants.

Full quantified analysis (true @monecel universe resonance observer quantified aesthetics)

MAIN DETRACTORS
- Mouth too narrow
- Philtrum too long (lower third too short)
- Jaw is ideally wider
- FWHR is short as the face should be wider
- Interpupillary distance is out of range as the face should be wider
- Neck should be wider
- Mild maxillary recession
Qualitative:
- Low lip volume
- Lacking angularity
- Eye hoods could have higher androgencity

MAIN PROPONENTS
- Nose width
- Low-set eyebrows
- Good ear positioning
- Good forehead
- No visible malloclusions

Morphs after fixing failos (achievable)

1747592305447

Would require:
- Infraorbital/zygomatic implants (PEEK)
- Gonion implants (PEEK)
- Infraorbital implants (PEEK) or PCL threads
- Full trimax with split genioplasty
- Rhinoplasty
- Lip-volume increase
- Neck training
- Potentially MSE for mouth/palate width

Your chin projection is not ideal, but it's a deviation so small from "ideal" that I don't actually think I'd be worth addressing. It's like, you're 95% there, that 5% doesn't really matter unless you're really obsessed. There are other interventions that have higher priority for you, but again, if you really want to push perfection then don't get a genioplasty get an implant (preferably hydroxyapatite)

I'm also pretty sure most of the issues you see with your chin will be solved if you get a rhinoplasty. Of course, it won't literally do anything to your chin, it would just improve the perception.

I swear you never commented on my posts. Lip filler is considered

we talked before in another thread. fix eyes lips nose. and come back. biggest bang for bucks. also consider rhino, very strongly. you're white you can't have such a nose.

You can probably avoid a bimax by using lip filler. That will allow you the little bit more chin projection you need without looking like crescent moon face.

Damn thanks bhai for the analysis
I look a little bit negroid on the side and uncanny on the front imo since I rather see myself fit in the prettyboy archetype but I can see that chin and nose are my main side flaws and that mouse to nose and chin to philtrum are my main front flaws.
Will work primarly on that. Massive respect

trimax and the high set zygo implants. low cl attainable

when you say trimax it's bimax + genio ?
yes, just for the final bit of projection for ur chin when bimax gives u forward growth and better maxilla. its because ur nose has a bump and is a bit over projected and rhino can be a nerf until seen if it would actually help, when ur face is forward grown as it can be botched ruining glabella and dimorphism.

yeah why do I see alot of rhino videos ruining browridge ??

thats what im talking about they dont understand ideal aestetic cucking eye areas in the process

but is it on purpose ? If you're seeing a surgeon you can talk about it with him right ? Like I don't want a weird nose just make it straight and don't touch nothing else

you tell him to leave the glabella alone and show him acute angle examples that are masc and say at the top of the nose i want him to leave the browridge and to only take the bump and slim down. do it after the trimax and implants. as a straight nose idea to ur recessed face and flat maxilla will not suit most likely if done before

alright
But i might not actually do bimax as I feel like chin implants and rhino are enought for my side

even with surgery you will be stucked mtn

cucked at normie trust. ur midface is too long. thats why i think bimax is the right idea. to also make u not look down grown also

yeah I guess you’re right
I should take care properly and entirely care of surgery later in my life like probably after i’m 21 i’d say

idk sometime I look at even my front and think dayum I even need zygos and jaw angle implants not only bimax
and sometimes i look at myself and think a rhino should be enough

Dorsal hump more important than jaw :lul::lul:

If you're asking whether you need infraorbital implants then no, your under eye support is fine (regardless, it's a high-risk surgery in terms of getting botched results)
His under eye support is not fine. However you are correct about implants.

The attached is what good under eye support would look like, however implants wouldn't solve the issue, even saddled infras aren't guaranteed to raise the lower lid (from the lower canthus where OP would need it most).

This is a weak ass morph because I made it in like 3 minutes. But here you have:

Hardmax:

- LLR and lateral temporal lift
- Genio / chin implant (I gave your chin about 3mm of height), but this really isn't necessary ngl
- Rhino, reducing front profile of the nose from the bridge, slight tip work

Soft:

- coloring obviously
- debloat, your face look slimmer but only marginally, I believe this could be achieved

Slight improvements that go a long way imo, you already have a decent pretty boy base, and the most important thing to consider when looking at surgery is your base. You're NEVER gonna look like someone else, only an improved version of yourself, so don't try to cheat your base, play to your strengths.
