No doctor would give Lefort 2 or 3 to someone who is normal. You have to somehow purposely injure yourself to get this. Lefort 2 and 3 are the only surgeries that have significant change to maxilla, everything else is cope. Good luck finding a reputable surgeon who would do this for you on your normie face.

I dont need it I just wanted to know the surgery, does bimax and genio not push the maxilla though? although that might be stupid since thats a mandible thing too

Bimax can push the maxilla. Genio can't really push the maxilla, it just repositions it if you get what I mean.

u can mask it somewhat well without needing lf2, its not exactly cope but then again... its masking the problem

its not all or nothing tbh, if your lower third is really good it can make up for it even robert pattinson and chalament have slightly recessed maxillas, its more about not being fully flat like some unfortunate people
