I’m 19 in college but I’m working to save up money for jaw surgery with Ramirei hopefully by the time I’m 21. I’ve already had a consultation and he plan to get a trimax and maybe another rhinoplasty. Also heard that he can do some sort of gonial widening which is definitely something I would need. Any surgery that could lower my eyebrows and make them more symmetrical? Also get rid of my eyebags?

Which is why I’m getting another one. Think the projection from the side should be brought down? Or just an alar base reduction and more cartilage taken out of the tip to make it less bulbous from the front

It will but expect conservative results w jaw surgery.

With jaw implants, you have to get right on the first go, a lot of guys don’t largely because they’re clueless about what makes for a good jaw…

fat graphing is good idea, though I did notice he has some lower sclera show. so opting for a Canthoplexy (Not canthoplasty) will solve that issue.
Example:

As you can see here, he sclera show went down a whole lot just from a simple less invasive procedure that only has a 3- 5 day recovery time with a far less botch rate. (The botch rates come from people exaggerating the messurments of there tilt n so on, not the surgeon)

He does need Jaw surgery but I think he is well aware of that.
(Double jaw surgery would suffice) ------> I say this cause this would help out his zygo area due it lacking projection and gonials lacking projecting as well thus giving him this soft feminine look almost lacking dimorphism, also he has a longer face shape almost while lacking width, which is a result on low jaw/zygo projection which the procedure would fix)

Light brown colored contacts with some ordinary lash serum paired with a canothoplexy n some hair cut that covers a tad bit less of his forehead to show off the thick eyebrows that are already posivley tiled.

His EYE area would be striking, almost rival Sean o pry ngl if he where to do all of this

One thing I did notice though, is he got chin filler, idk why he did this when he could legit get a genio in Mexico for under $1k
(looks better more cheap, and last way fucking longer )

Cheek filler has a high migration rate than other area, would not recommed, some have reported they lost there hollow jaw look due to filler migrating down into the cheeks thus making them look puffy, and require more maintenance with the fact you have to keep adding it to keep the look which = a more higher chance or probability of more of the filler migrating down

Really? I specifically asked to keep my nose projected at the tip because I feel like it will make my face look even flatter and more elongated if I have my nose less projected.

I agree he has great potential for eye area. the pic u used is godly ascension.
they had a lot of work done tho:
-lower eyelid retraction, canthoplasty, infraorbital rim silicone implant, orbital decompression bulging eye surgery, and upper eyelid filler injection, which is a shit ton.

Fat grafts, r good but only for volume deficincies. He almost no midface projection, which infra implants would be great for, obviously more invasive tho. his byzygomatic to bigonial ratio is decent so i wouldn't recommed implants for that, infras n possible graft would address it pretty much.

For the work he had done it left a bit to be desired, especially the chin filler which hasn't address a recessed facial convexity.
Looks pretty good tho for only 2 minimally invasive procedures.

nah dw, not that noticable + it's a good result. I think it's just since the procedure was only for ur dorsal hump.

i did ask for a bulbous tip reduction but it’s been a year and I still have weird swelling so sometimes it’s super bulbous. Steroid shots helped temporarily but the tips getting bigger again. This photo was like 5-6 months post op after my first round of steroid shots. Idk why it keeps swelling back up so I’m probably gonna end up needing a revision.

yeah, unfortunately steroid shots never worked for me. They say swelling can be expected for up to 2 years post op, but hearing that it's getting bigger is weird. Could depend on the surgical skill or the technique they used for ur reduction, sometimes the suturing is subpar and it's prone to giving out a bit

It’s not necessarily getting bigger. The steroid shots seem to temporarily help for 2 months and then it gets bigger again. I had my second round 1-2 months ago and it didn’t get as small as it did after the round of shots and now seems to be swelling up again

I don’t remember it was like 7 months ago. I think it was around 16k Euros for DJS +genio but he recommend getting braces before.

He does do implants. He can take custom implants also. I’ve definitely seen that panini is better for implants though. He actually recommended implants over jaw surgery for my case because he said my recession isn’t that bad (honestly it’s probably more my hyoid) I’ve heard so many bad things about implants. I’d rather look “uglier” than look uncanny. Knowing my face I think it would be very hard to come up with an implant design that would look good and natural from all angles.

If your goal is to get ride of the hyoid, you should have went with a sliding genioplasty instead of chin filler.

I asked Chat GBT, out of all options revolving the chin (Chin implant, Genioplasty, and filler), saying in terms of making it so the hyoid is less protrusive and less noticeable thus giving a better and leaner appearance, the Sliding Genioplasty would be the best route.

Here is an example of someone who got a sliding genio done and lets see how much there hyoid has decreased:

It has decreased a tad bit, but note that they are other things that go to into how much of the outer skin neck crease you will have other than just the chin though the chin can make a difference for sure
