First of all, let it grow since it makes it look like you're going through a mid-life crisis. Your hair looks way better here:

For the Otoplasty i don’t know if only the lobe should be reduced and even idk if such procedure exists.

I don't know if it'll work for sure, some say it does whilst others say it is cope. Latisse will help you more but some say it'll burn your fat pads.
