I think i have a shorter lower third, my ramus is short, and i've got an overbite, although i used to jut but stopped doing it since it also make my face short and it causes TMJ, i'm releasing my lower teeth downward so i can fraud some face vertical length, but i can't decide what surgery would fix this problem permanently, heres some photos ( all of them lowering my lower teeth )

I also have a recessed+short chin, i don't know if a genioplasty is required or a jaw surgery, or even maxillary downgrifting, im really so lost
i can only look good when my hair is styled like that, otherwise my face is wide and looks rounded.

Nothing can be done for the ramus unless you go the same path as LL their is a procedure called Distraction Osteogenesis, like LL they put a device in the ramus that will grow new bone overtime

better idea to just get implants imo, its more predictable.

won't a genioplasty help?

Genioplasty is for the chin bro:forcedsmile: not the ramus ur best and safest route to go is ramus implants
I know, i mean instead of increasing vertical length through longening the ramus, wouldn't a long chin help instead?

No since the genioplasty only moves the chin forward and widens it, which does jack shit for the ramus

so my only option is ramus implants? is there any side effects like pain while chewing or smg
