What surgery can fix gonial angle?

Will bimax fix it? I am scared of bimax because i've seen many bad results with chimp lip and such.
It seems i have a very steep gonial angle, not straight like the ideal is. What surgery is best for this?

Bimax + gonial implants. Gonial implants alone won't fix the rest of the downward growth.

Yeah I will most likely get jaw implants gotta wait till I'm done studying tho it's so brutal. Parents only want to get me rhinoplasty

For me it's a weird case. It starts off very sloped gonial angle and then goes straight so the chin doesn't go down. I want bimax but It costs a lot and I think I would have to stop work for a few months? That seems very hard to go through I wonder if I shouldn't get it.
