What surgery can this SEA Phenotype get to look like this Giga Chang?

I think this Asian phenotype has a good base to pull it off but..

I can't specify what surgery other than rhino which would go well into creating the Chang look below

Yeah but you can tell he is some what Asian right even though he has more 'white features'

Not every Asian has a flat face that is more common in East Asians
