I'm all done (for now at least). I get a big bonus every may. I'll probably save this years and next year's to do my final round of surgeries next summer. either thinking palate expansion, pyriform augmentation, or full maxilla augmentation. then some facial fat grafting to blend it better

til then im just gunna ride it out on accutane and dutasteride and see how everything looks with decent skin and hair. got like 5 years worth of each on the way

Most likely LLR and a Spacer Graft (Optionally midface lift or cantho, but i dont really need it) Depends if the NHS thinks my problem is urgent and im pretty confident they will because my local hospital did expedite my appointmennt from 9 months to 3 months maximum since they saw signs of damage near my cornea.

Hopefully everything goes well but its the NHS, im sure the waiting list is long but it who knows since it all depends on the urgency. Hopefully they do give me some good options of treatment but im sure they will.
