i have exactly the same thing going on as this foid on the right side in fully relaxed state(i have my stacy moms eyeshape but my subhuman dads droopy eyelids exactly like on the picture jfl) , when i squint it kinda looks normal like the left side but it gives me fucking deep ass nasolabial folds but still gives me like +2psl.
So i came to ask you guys what surgery can be done to go from this
Fml
to
Surgery

and dont tell me its because of bones, legit friend of mine who has normie cheekbones and litteraly no bone or fat surrounding his undereyes with dark circles worse than this guy
Og og 153094884228582179
but somehow he still manages to mog because of his long eyeshape and straight lower lids meanwhile i jawmog and cheekbonemog every guy at my school JFL AT EYEPILL

maybe lower eyelid retraction? Have you measured your pfl vs pfh ratio?

As far as people getting coloring under the eyes ice seems to do a good job of lessening that and the puffing some. I just wonder if doing it a lot would promote quicker fat loss making things worse later on.

High cheekbone people do seem to fare way better usually on average as they age when it comes to that area.

You measure length from medial to lateral canthus (length of eye) divided by height of eye. Ideal is supposedly 3-3.5. However I have slight scleral show and feel like my eyes are too round so don't know how accurate it is (my ratio is 3.04)

yeah i have really higshet wide cheekbones and my undereye is average but i was talking about my friend that has neither good cheekbones and from the side when i was analyzing his face like an aspie i am and he literally had no bone or fat in his undereye with dark circles but he still manages to have fairly straight eyelids.

but how do you get height of AN eye? you go from the lowest part of your lower eyelid to your upperyelid?

Lateral Canthoplasty?

no like measure your eye opening when relaxed/ looking straight ahead (I'm not 100% sure if this is right, but think so)

oh, i was looking for surgeons near me that have eyelid retraction in their list but unfortunetly none of them have it. however i found couple of oculoplastic surgeons that had stated they do surgeries on conditions like ectropion and entropion do you think they would be able to work with eyelid retraction? because i think eyelid retraction is an actual condition.i even remember when i was like 12 i was goin to my optician every month cause i would get inflamation that could be caused by my dry and droopy lids.
