I am soft maxing mt eye area for a short time now, growing my eye brows and trying to fill out the emptiness below my eyes.

you have fat deposits right above the eyelid which give your eyes a tired appearance, an upper blepharoplasty would fix this. Better to talk to a surgeon obviously.
