What surgery would you recommend for me?

I have around 100k to use on surgery. I’m thinking of doing something for my nose and maybe something to help my side profile or some under eye support.

I’m not really to experienced with this kinda stuff so I would appreciate all the feedback I could get get from you guys. Thanks

Yeah I have done lookmaxxes for a while now such as mewing that I have done for years, squinting, ice hooding and some smaller ones,. I have never really done a hardmax before.

I have the same problem too. Subconsciously raising my eyebrows. How did u fix it?
