if you need surgery just to ascend to MTN its already over

You need to:

-Get rhino for a more feminine, upturned nose
-Fix your recessed mouth area by any means since it’s your biggest failo. I don’t know if it’s even possible though
-Get chin shaving or something to shorten your chin to balance out your chin to philtrum height ratio.
